Scope and Outcome

The competition is restricted to conceptual design and sizing of VTOL aircraft capable of transporting ill/injured patients to the nearest medical facility. It is a configuration and system design project aimed at arriving at a viable design from a plethora of available configurations and technologies, which can be taken up for detailed design and development program later.

Evaluation Criteria

The Evaluation Criteria for each stage of NACDeC-VI is listed in Appendix-II of the Problem Statement document. 

The Organizing Committee of NACDeC-VI will carry out an evaluation of all the reports, shortlist  the teams for the final round, and declare the winners. The decisions of the NACDeC-VI organizers will be final and binding on all the competitor teams, and no objections will be entertained.

NACDeC Webinars

Regular online webinars will be conducted via the ZOOM platform on various aspects related to the topic of NACDeC-VI. The aim of these webinars is to clarify any doubts that the teams may have related to the rules and regulations of NACDeC-VI, mission requirements, or to seek information and guidance on carrying out the various tasks by experts who will conduct them.
